Severe Duty Buckets
ACS Severe Duty Excavator Buckets are designed for use in the toughest environments. Choose the Severe Duty for primarily handling abrasive materials such as rock, caliche and coral.
Highlights
• Abrasion resistant steel armor. AR400 wear cladding on sides and bottom for long life and even wear over the life of the bucket. Cladding covers 80% of the bottom surface.
• Single-radius shell. Provides superior loading and cleaning.
• Sloped bottom. The bottom of the bucket slopes up and away from the dig direction to facilitate ‘boiling’ and faster loading. The sloped bottom also reduces heel wear.
• Tapered sides. Reduces side drag and required horsepower to load the bucket.
• Built to OEM specifications. Ear groups designed to match the dimensions of all major excavator manufacturers.
• Dual reinforced header. Zero flex means a full transfer of force from the stick to the cutting edge. Reduces tip radius for greater productivity.
• Package Ready. All ACS Buckets are designed to fit and function seamlessly with ACS Couplers and Thumbs.
• Lift Eye. Sturdy rear-mounted lift eye comes standard on all ACS Severe and Heavy Duty Excavator Buckets.
