Material Handling Buckets
The ACS Material Handling Bucket is designed to maximize bulk material handling productivity. Typical applications include stockpiled dirt and re-handling loose material such as grain, coal, coke, etc. It has a larger capacity than a standard digging bucket. No teeth are installed to allow materials stored on prepared surfaces to be cleaned completely. This bucket configuration is generally not optimal for any type of primary digging.
Highlights
• Single-radius shell. Provides superior loading and cleaning.
• Sloped bottom. The bottom of the bucket slopes up and away from the dig direction to facilitate ‘boiling’ and faster loading. The sloped bottom also reduces heel wear.
• OEM specifications. Ear groups designed to match the dimensions of all major excavator manufacturers.
• Dual reenforced header. Zero flex means a full transfer of force from the stick to the cutting edge and longer bucket life.
• Reversible Bolt-On Wear Edge. Protects the built-in base edge. It comes with two sides so when one eventually wears down a new edge can be quickly applied by simply reversing the plate.
