• Fully controlled from the operator’s compartment, allowing attachment changes in as low as five seconds.
• Built to OEM specifications. Picks up any bucket or attachment built to OEM pin spacing and header geometry.
• Patented pin locking design keeps working forces on the structure of the coupler, not the actuating cylinder.
• Locking rotator keeps the coupler tight to the attachment and distributes working forces along the entire length of the pin.
• The patented coupler locks by rotating the locking mechanism around the front bucket pin, allowing the operator to visually confirm that the bucket is locked into the coupler.
• Pilot-operated check valve keep the coupler locked in case of hydraulic or electric failure.
• Compact design for the lowest tip radius extension on the market, minimizes effect on breakout force.
• Stabilizing dowels between coupler halves improves torsional stability.
• Grease zerks located on the front exterior of the coupler for ease of maintenance and safety.
• Center-mount heavy duty lift hook comes standard.
• Uses high pressure from the bucket cylinder to improve cold weather operations.
Installation
Installs in around four hours. All necessary cylinders, valves, hoses, fittings and mounting hardware is included with the purchase of your coupler. An easy-to-follow, step-by-step installation manual is provided with every purchase. A set of pins is included to attach the coupler to your excavator stick. Pins for the attachments you intend to use with the coupler are not included.
